Our rooms rates for 2024 are as follows (in Euros):ALL ROOMS ARE EN-SUITE

Single person rate
From: €80

Prices will vary depending on time of year, weekends and bank holidays.
Children under 2 years - FREE. Under 12 years 50% discount.

Smoking is not permitted in the house, or rooms
No Pets allowed.
Breakfast is from 0800 - 1000 weekdays, 0900 - 1000 weekends.
Check in time is 2.30pm - 1800. Check out time is 11.00am
A deposit is required to confirm the reservation.Rooms will be held until 6.00PM, if a booking deposit has been received.
If you are behind schedule, for whatever reason, please call and advise us.
We will make rooms available to all calling guests after 1600, if we have not received a deposit, depending on arrangements.
We will not be held responsible for double booking in these circumstances.
Our cancellation policy is 48 hours.
